Photo Shower Acne Treatment

Photo Shower IPL treatment is quick, safe and reliable; it is suitable for treating relatively larger areas as opposed to those treated with traditional IPL treatment.

There are a variety of methods which can be used to treat acne. Plasma Shower incorporates advanced lasers or IPL to be more precise – intense pulsed light.

How does Photo Shower Acne Treatment work?

At Dr. Kubicka’s clinic, an advanced IPL system is used which incorporates cutting edge technology with a very high safety profile. A special handpiece is used to deliver intense pulsed light – consistent and rapid pulses of light energy to target specific areas on the face and body.

The powerful light energy used in photo shower acne treatments stimulate and treat skin conditions like acne in many ways:

  • Stimulate renewal of cells to provide for brighter, smoother and fresher looking skin
  • Break down areas where pigmentation or discoloration has occurred to reveal clear and vibrant skin
  • Promote collagen production within the upper layer of the skin to boost firmness and tightness in skin texture
  • Get rid of broken blood vessels and tiny veins
