Plasma Shower Acne Treatment

Plasma shower acne treatment can kill up to 99% of the bacteria associated with the acne, going right to the source of the problem.

The treatment also promotes better healing and reduces inflammation.

Plasma shower treatment uses an advanced form of plasma technology which is applied at a specific atmospheric temperature and pressure to target a number of skin conditions, not just acne.

Plasma shower acne treatments at Dr. Kubicka’s clinic are safe, quick, painless and completely non-invasive. When combined with biorevitalisation products, the treatment can further enhance the positive effects of anti-pigmentation and anti-ageing treatments.

How does Plasma Shower Acne Treatment work?

Specialised equipment is used to generate plasma energy through high frequency and pressure, which is then applied to the acne troubled spots using a special handpiece.

This plasma energy works at all three layers of the skin to:

  • Kill germs and bacteria by breaking down the molecular structure of that bacterium within the skin and pores. Sterilisation further stops overactivity that typically leads to flare-ups and inflammation.
  • Increase the upper skin’s absorption rate by breaking down CAMs (cell adhesion molecules); skin can absorb creams and serums more readily.
  • Tighten aged or old looking skin by balancing its membrane potential; additionally, wounds like lesions and cysts or general redness can also clear up faster.
  • Stimulate new collagen production by increasing water molecular rotation as well as heat and friction at the deepest (dermis) level; new skin cells, elastin and collagen means healthier, clearer and fresher looking skin can start to grow.

What does Plasma Shower Acne Treatment treat?

In addition to its potency and efficacy for treating acne, plasma shower treatments can also treat fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation, as well as loose or saggy skin.

In addition, it improves skin tone and complexion, and encourages non-ablative skin lifting and regeneration.

“Plasma shower treatments work on 3 levels providing a comprehensive treatment for acne sufferers.

“Firstly, treatment kills germs and bacteria at the source of the problem. Secondly, it stimulates wound healing, collagen production and skin regeneration. Finally, treatment also improves any hyperpigmentation as well as redness associated with acne.”
